If you want to cancel your ENCOO account, please send a request email according to the following format:product@encootech.com

• Your contact information

• Your account name

• Your account password

Note:

If you want to cancel your account, the following conditions must be met:

1. The account and its associated accounts have not logged into the system within 30 days.
2. The account and its associated accounts do not have active robots within 30 days.
3. The account and its associated accounts do not have associated flow packages.

We will contact you by phone to confirm your request as soon as we receive it.
